Launch a full, independent congressional investigation into credible allegations of abuse, torture, and unlawful detention of American civilians—including claims that vulnerable individuals were placed into experimental or unsafe programs without consent.
Demand truth, transparency, and accountability at the highest levels of government. Where harm has occurred, identify it. Where rights were violated, acknowledge it. Where lives were shattered, repair what can still be repaired.
Commit every available resource to locating those still in danger, restoring their safety, and reuniting them with their families.
