I humbly request from the historical United Nations, all international countries, as well as all capable private companies to get my full historical combat career by developing the already existing technology called nano tracing. My name is Tyler Justin de Murphy and there’s some things I want you to know. I pen these words today without knowing if I will live to see tomorrow morning. I was then moved to Howell County jail after a 24 hour hold. While in Howell County jail, I was housed in inhumane living conditions that was 45 degrees Fahrenheit temperature cell in the middle of fall and winter season with no lighting and not allowed any writing utensils or writing paper. In the cell, a man using voice to skull microwave radiation directed energy weapon systems said that sitting US senators were stopping by the jail including Tom Cotton to see my brain injured by the next day's lunch meal. I have been barely able to survive up to this point with having to be rushed to the emergency room twice for emergency EKG tests and stabilization. They have told me that I am dying of oral gange tooth cancer and blood cancer and only have 6 weeks to 5 months to live.
